EU prolongs Russians’ blacklist over Ukrainian conflict till Sep ‘19

BRUSSELS, Mar 15 (PRIME) -- The E.U. rolled over a blacklist of Russians and separatist organizations over the breach of Ukraine’s territorial integrity until September 15, 2019 on Friday.

One deceased person was removed from the list.

In 2014, relations between Russia and the West deteriorated to their worse since the Cold War due to a military conflict in Ukraine. The West has introduced several sets of sanctions against some Russian individuals and companies, the energy and banking sectors since then.
